Easy! 2 on 1 sessions are also available. No matter your age or fitness level, we can create a personalised exercise program to suit your goals, habits, health and lifestyle.

Outdoor Personal Training

Location: Princes Park, Carlton North
Breathe in the fresh air and exercise in the great outdoors. All equipment and good times provided. Personal Training can include:

Remote (online) Personal Training

Location: Anywhere
Online training via Zoom is a convenient way to train. Utilise everyday household items or your own equipment. Personal Training can include:

  • Mobility / stretching

  • Body weight

  • Lightweight strength work

  • HIIT Cardio

  • Functional training

Available in 30min or 60min 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 sessions
