Getting started is easy

Taking the first step in your fitness journey can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.

We try and make it as stress-free and as fun as possible. Your first session with us begins with an initial consultation. This gives us time to get to know each other and chat about your goals, current exercise regime and any injuries (past or present). We will also guide you through a postural assessment and a workout.

From there, we can discuss your training options and suitable times.
